Providing High-Quality Comprehensive Care
The Government recently introduced new Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Payments commencing 1st November 2025. While this is a positive step, the incentive does not cover the full cost of providing high-quality care. Therefore, our clinic will continue to charge an appropriate out-of-pocket fee for some consultations to ensure we keep delivering high-quality care to our community. Telephone and Telehealth Consults are available to existing patients who have had a face-to-face consult within the last 12 months. Our gap fees policy still applies.
